Terms & Conditions

Once booked you may rearrange or cancel your visit up to 28 days before your scheduled walk date. After this time, no cancellations or refunds are accepted. If we can transfer the dates of your trek then we will try to do so, but please let us know if there are any problems ASAP.
You must be 15+ to walk your own Alpaca.
If you are between 5-15 years of age, then you must share an Alpaca with a responsible adult (16+).
Strictly no children under the age of 5 on the trekking.
A maximum of 2 people per Alpaca.
In extreme wet and windy weather, Pembrokeshire Alpaca Trekking may cancel the trek if it is unsafe. If this is the case then a full refund will be granted.
If you are late for your designated Alpaca Trekking slot, then you will miss the trek and not be granted a refund.
